- 21+ years old

YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time social services management role works 40 hours a week with the occasional 24-hour on-call rotation.
YOUR DAY
As the Foster Care Program Manager at our new Therapeutic Foster Home, you coordinate and oversee the program, focusing on providing 6-9 months of care to youth with mental health and behavioral challenges. Your role includes selecting and leading a team, fostering a culture that values foster parents, and ensuring alignment with therapeutic practices. You actively involve families in planning, ensuring compliance with DCFS requirements. This collaborative role allows you to work closely with Hoyleton colleagues, DCFS, courts, and community organizations, making a meaningful impact as you help transition youth from residential care to forever homes. When you join our team, you make a real difference in the lives of these deserving youth.
