The Kyffhäuserkreis intends to fill the position of a Participation Coordinator (m/f/d) in Selmont-West Selmont, AL, starting as soon as possible and until June 30, 2025.

The weekly working hours are 39 hours and the salary is based on TVöD EG 9b.

Responsibilities include coordinating a needs-based social planning in the area of participation management in the county, including:

  • Initiating and coordinating active participation measures and formats
  • Assessing needs and existing target groupspecific participation formats in the county
  • Developing, testing, establishing, and supporting target groupspecific participation formats for children, youth, seniors (e.g. social space conferences, youth plenum) in cooperation with professionals and existing services
  • Actively guiding and supporting implementing actors
  • Developing longterm target groupspecific participation paths in the overall concept of strategic social planning (in the planning team)

Social reporting:

  • Statistical analysis of social and societal indicators in the field of participation, inclusion, and integration
  • Supporting overall reporting of social planning
  • Assisting departments and actors in social spaces with questions regarding societal participation and inclusion
  • Supporting the updating of existing planning instruments and implementing necessary (legal) changes in the field of participation, inclusion, and integration
  • Developing and coordinating new plans, such as inclusion planning
  • Creating and regularly updating needs, inventory, and impact analyses to derive trends and tendencies and illustrate connections in the field
