Description
The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions across the country who want to become even better with us.

We are currently looking for candidates for a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Operating Technology (m/f/d) for DB RegioNetz Infrastructure at our location in Münchhausen, with the vocational school located in Kassel.

As DB RegioNetz, we have a clear vision for the future: we want to excel in our core business, which is regional rail transport in rural areas. We always prioritize the needs of our customers, contracting authorities, and passengers, who are at the center of our actions. Our success is based on consistently adhering to our transport contracts and ensuring reliable and demand-oriented mobility in local transport. We achieve this through an integrated production that connects transport and infrastructure. These strengths form the basis for sustainable and future-oriented mobility in rural areas and help us solidify our position as a leading provider of a strong rail network in the region.

The Münchhausen location covers the areas of Sarnau to Bad Laasphe, Sarnau to Frankenberg, and Frankenberg to Allendorf/Eder.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:
  • Your apprenticeship offers a lot of variety, with weekly rotations between the company, training workshop, and vocational school.
