We are currently seeking a full-time Machine Operator (m/f/d) for our location in Lichtenfels (BY).

Your responsibilities:

  • Operating plastic extrusion and mixing equipment for masterbatch production
  • Setting up production machines according to work instructions
  • Mixing, producing, and labeling finished products
  • Quality control and packaging of finished products

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed training as a Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology or have experience in plastic processing
  • Proficient in operating modern production equipment
  • Good technical understanding
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3 shifts)
  • Independent and structured work style
