We are currently seeking a Department Head (m/f/d) for Construction Management / Site Supervision / Construction Supervision for our main office in Pforzheim.

Your Responsibilities

As the head of the department "Construction Management / Site Supervision," you will be responsible for the professional, disciplinary, and organizational leadership of the department in Pforzheim and Stuttgart (approximately 20 employees).

This includes managing the personnel, technical, and economic goals of the department, as well as acquiring new projects and maintaining customer relationships.

You will also work closely with the management team and other departments.

Your Profile
You have extensive experience in construction management and project management, as well as in leading teams.

You are familiar with civil engineering and infrastructure projects and have a strong understanding of the VOB, BGB, and technical regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word/Excel/MS Project) and industry-specific AVA
