Jobberry RH is looking for a Human Resources Manager (m/f) for one of its clients, a company in the industrial sector. The headquarters are located in Fribourg, Germany, with a requirement to be on site 3 days a week. (hybrid position with 2 days of teleworking)

This is a permanent position.

Salary 65k€ - 75k€ depending on profile.

Professional level of written and spoken English and German.

Reporting to the Group HR Director based in France, your main responsibilities are as follows:

Scope of around 100 employees across 4 different sites (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, UK).

-You are the HR representative for the different sites and you must ensure the implementation of HR policies locally, in an international context.

-You respond to all internal and external HR-related requests.

-You also actively participate in ad hoc HR projects and global programs.

-You constantly monitor best HR practices and actively participate in the organization of company gatherings and events.

Recruitment and integration

Direct contact with the recruitment team for specific questions related to a country

(labor law, benefits, etc.)
