Our engineers, physicists, and manufacturing specialists develop and produce innovative components and systems for particle accelerators and other cutting-edge applications in research, energy technology, medicine, and industry.

We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Purchaser (m/f/d) for our purchasing department at our location in Redington Shores, FL


Responsibilities:

  • You will contribute to the development of purchasing processes, particularly for small series purchasing, and support various projects related to series and prototype development.
  • You will actively participate in the implementation of supplier management within the scope of supply chain management.
  • You will independently conduct tenders, taking into account project and series requirements, as well as necessary processes and strategies.
  • You will manage assigned suppliers and actively search for new and/or alternative suppliers.
  • You will create framework agreements and be responsible for the operational management of calloff processes.
  • Together with the strategic purchasing department, you will work on, monitor, and lead projects aimed at reducing material costs.
  • You will monitor the delivery schedule for project calloffs and orders.
  • You will manage supplier performance issues (complaints and claims).
  • You will collect key figures and create status reports for the purchasing reporting system.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a degree in business administration with a focus on procurement or a technical degree with additional qualifications in business administration. Alternatively, you have completed a vocational training as a
