Your tasks:

Operational management, organization, and coordination of all residential facilities for children and youth development at the Sangerhausen location
Key areas of responsibility include personnel and occupancy management, controlling and budget planning, as well as being a point of contact for authorities and funding agencies
Development of futureoriented concepts for support, care, and day care, with a particular focus on the BTHG (Federal Participation Act), needs assessment planning, WBVG contract law, and care strengthening laws
Cooperative leadership of individual facility managers and close collaboration with the department head

Your profile:

You have previous experience in operational management of support facilities for people with disabilities or similar institutions
You have a degree or further education in the healthcare or social sector (e.g. social pedagogy, special education) or in a commercial profession
Indepth knowledge of social security laws, as well as the BTHG
Federal Participation Act
Ideally, but not mandatory: Qualification as a home manager according
