Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d)
in part-time or full-time with weekly hours for the day care center "Rodacher Leben" in Bad Rodach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

independent control and monitoring of nursing and care processes, taking into account legal regulations and nursing standards
development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance measures
creation and management of personnel schedules, determining staffing needs
leadership, coordination, monitoring, and individual and needs-based support of nursing staff
organization and optimization of internal processes, as well as cooperation with all internal and external interfaces of the day care center
