- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical operations activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with specific expertise in rare diseases.
- Proven track record of successfully leading clinical operations teams through all phases of clinical development.
- Strong understanding of GCP regulations and industry best practices related to clinical trial conduct.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
