SpiriTrust Lutheran seeks a LPN
Up to a $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Education/Training:
Graduate of a school of nursing with current license(s) to practice as a professional nurse in the state(s) served by SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice; current CPR certification within three (3) months of employments.
Experience:
One (1) year of recent clinical experience in licensed or certified discipline normally required.
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing skilled nursing care to clients; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records.

You will work Monday through Friday 8 hours a day. You will communicate with the care team throughout the day. You will be required to drive to client's locations for care in various weather conditions. You may be called upon to help with post mortem care of a client. You will be required to implement planned nursing interventions; participate in ongoing evaluations of nursing care plans.
