    Description

    GEICO's DevOps team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the team to help develop and support Marketing, Sales and Financial Service Cloud applications in a fast paced and high energy environment. As a Salesforce developer, you will work in a highly collaborative environment interfacing with many other teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners to help develop and deliver critical Salesforce solutions for GEICO while transforming and reimagining legacy workflows and processes.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of development experience on an enterprise Salesforce platform (Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud)
    • Expertise in Salesforce Environment management, Deployment and Code development (provisioning, consolidation, sandbox refresh, deployment etc.)
    • Able to triage issues pertaining to code in SFDC environment
    • Thorough understanding of Salesforce standard objects/records, custom object creation, validation rules, and relationships.
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura / LWC components
    • Experience building and configuring flows, and process builders.
    • Strong understanding of web service integration (REST/SOAP) and enterprise middleware integration tiers (Mulesoft/Informatica)
    • Ability to articulate channel dataflow and process flow including email, SMS, web chat, Mobile Push & SDK's.
    • Salesforce Shield Configuration, Data compliance monitoring, enabling and setup
    • Experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills – needs to be able to lead projects from the front and interact with clients and sponsors on a regular basis.
    • Oversee governance, ensuring good code quality meeting GEICO's standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Working experience in CI/CD, Git commands, GitHub source, Azure preferred
    • Prior experience with object-oriented programming technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred
    • Experience with enterprise integrations utilizing MuleSoft or Event Based Frameworks is highly preferred
    • Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
    • Experience with Salesforce CDP, Tableau CRM is beneficial

    Certifications:

    The following Salesforce Certifications are highly desired:

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I
    • Salesforce Platform Developer II (Highly Desired)
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

    Annual Salary

    $80, $154,000.00

    The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
