- Completion of an Acute Care CNA 2 course recognized by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) or equivalent edu/experience.
- Grandfathered to CNA 2 status per OSBN criteria.
- Must hold an Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon commencement.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required at the start.
- Mandatory criminal background check per Department of Human Services (DHS) requirements.
