Coursework/Training:
Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or
CNA 2 coursework:
Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
Upon hire:
Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
One year:
Experience with children, health care setting preferred. Recreational setting accepted.
