The Warehouse and Fulfillment Operations position is responsible for ensuring the success of Deluxe's warehouse operations. The director will lead a local site and oversee the management of 5 other warehouses and their respective leaders across the US. Our network comprises 6 warehouses and a few third-party logistics providers through which we cater to our customer base.
Job Functions:
+ Develop a warehouse strategy to meet th e needs of the business and optimize operations and expense between company run and 3PL locations
+ Collaborate with Sales, Ops and IT to ensure efficient and successful projects implementation.?
+ Utilize data analytics to identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutions.
+ Foster a culture of operational excellence through best practices and efficiency measures.
+ Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to industry regulations and standards.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance overall efficiency. Provide performance reports to executive team.
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse teams, fostering a culture of growth.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 7 years and 3 years of management
+ Successful experience leading leaders in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing environment.
+ Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse and fulfillment operations teams.
+ Comprehensive understanding of safety standards, compliance, and best practices in warehouse management.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
Experience: 8 years in Warehouse operations
+ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to drive a positive and collaborative work culture.
+ Strong communication skills

Annual Salary: $115, $125,000.00
