    As Warehouse Manager, You would perform work involving receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing materials and supplies for branch location, main warehouse and service trucks. Manage fleet, tracking mileage, repairs, service and maintenance. Manage tools/equipment tracking their locations, perform ability, repair and maintenance as needed. Repair and maintenance of facilities ensuring clean safe work environment. Tasks require some physical labor in the loading and unloading of goods received and to be delivered as well as tools and equipment. The employee resolves simple problems with more complex problems referred to supervisor. Employee works independently with general supervision.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Fleet Manager

    1. Manage, track and administer maintenance of all vehicles
    2. Vehicle repair as needed
    3. G.P.S. - Track and insure accurate
    4. Manage and track vehicle licensing
    5. Ensure vehicles are operating efficiently and safely at all times.
    6. Vehicle inspection (Inside and Outside)
    Warehouse Manager
    1. Inventory tracking, pricing and ordering.
    2. Truck inventory restocking,
    3. Technician support (parts, equipment repair etc.)
    4. Warehouse cleanliness, organization and security
    5. Vender relations (pricing, relationship, accessibility)
    6. Equipment check-in / check-out procedure and tracking.
    Facility Manager
    1. Office / Restroom cleanliness
    2. Office misc. repair and maintenance.
    3. Support office staff
    4. Dumpster management / Parking lot cleanliness.
    Maintenance / Repair of Equipment
    1. All field equipment in working order and maintained.
    2. Service, repair and tracking of all field equipment
    Technician Support
    1. Vehicle and tool assignment
    2. New Hire check-in
    3. Uniform sign in, sign out and tracking.
    Job Requirements:
    • Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
    • Some knowledge of volatile materials, Tools, & Equipment storage.
    • Ability to load and unload materials, Supplies, Tools and Equipment.
    • Ability to manage an inventory system and Tool and Equipment.
    • Fleet knowledge, Facility knowledge
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Positive, energetic attitude.
    • Ability to provide leadership

    Compensacin: $45,000-$65,000 DOE
