- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with builders, architects, interior designers, and luxury service providers
- Build and manage a pipeline of clients across multiple markets
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Track key sales metrics and meet (or exceed) monthly targets
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitors

- Proven sales experience (2–3 years), preferably in custom homes or luxury real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tenacious, self-starter mentality with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
- Sell a unique, high-quality product that makes an impact

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated Account Executive with strong connections in the luxury custom home building industry in Austin, Texas.
NOTE: This is a remote/hybrid opportunity.
*You will be expected to meet with clients in person as needed based on the schedule you create for yourself. There is plenty of flexibility with this position.
