- Process incoming customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using technology (EDI, chat, phone, e-mail, etc.)
- Incumbent will spend approximately 2 to 3 hours per day interacting with customers by telephone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Participate on team calls and meetings in the office and via web camera.
