Responsibilities for Property Manager:
Maintain the best possible occupancy for the apartment community. Manage unit rehab process for all available apartments, overseeing vendors and maintenance team members.

Responsible for overseeing the hiring and performance of property team members as well as training new team members
Show available apartments.
Answer the telephone and practice professional leasing techniques.
Implement and manage marketing initiatives.
Have a good understanding of the market area where the community is located and stay up to date on market conditions.
Keep accurate records of resident and property activities.
Conduct movein for new residents
Oversee maintenance tech to ensure maintenance requests are completed on time and correctly
Collect and record rents and deposits.
Review all invoices to ensure that all items billed have been received and match the agreed contract price.
Monitor the property budget to ensure adherence
Complete variance reports and other financial reports as requested.
Comply with all Property Management Firm employee policies and procedures.
Comply with Fair Housing Laws.
Perform any and all functions as requested by the Regional Portfolio Manager in addition to those outlined.
