Description

We are seeking an engaging, energetic Leasing Consultant for a luxury apartment complex, that will be responsible for general leasing and supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of operations.

Responsibilities:

Show and lease available apartments.
Post and monitor ads daily
Answer the telephone and practice professional leasing techniques.
Have a good understanding of the market area where the community is located and stay up to date on market conditions.
Keep accurate records of resident and property activities.
Conduct movein for new residents
Collect and record rents and deposits.
Comply with Fair Housing Laws.
Perform any and all functions as requested by the Community Manager in addition to those outlined.
Leaseup experience strongly preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years experience in property management with a strong preference for experience at larger properties
Demonstrated successful leaseup experience strongly preferred.
Yardi or industryrelated software is a strong plus
Possess a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle
Marketing savvy and proficient in MS Word, Excel
