We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) to join our HR team at our location in El Cajon, CA.


As a member of our Human Resources team, you will work closely with our management and employees to support the employee lifecycle and ensure that everyone can reach their full potential.

Your main goal will be to attract, retain, and develop the best employees for our team. Our most valuable resource is our dedicated and satisfied employees.

At our El Cajon location, we design and manufacture baling presses and forage wagons for hay harvesting. In the future, we will also be developing field sprayers at this location.


What you can expect

  • Providing advice and support to assigned departments, their managers, and employees on all HRrelated and labor law matters as a proactive and handson partner
  • Building a trusting and constructive relationship with the works council
  • Conducting various analyses and reports to support decisionmaking on HRrelated issues
  • Implementing all necessary personnel measures in your assigned area, such as hiring, transfers, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Managing time and attendance (Interflex)
  • Coordinating with central HR functions (participating in the development, implementation, and optimization of HR processes and actively contributing to HR projects)

What you bring

  • A degree in Human Resources or a commercial apprenticeship with further qualifications in HR, such as a certification as a Personnel Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Relevant work experience
