Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Leading and developing a team within our Business Intelligence Center of Excellence
• Supporting technical stakeholders in the development of our analytics tools and solutions
• Mentoring and guiding team members in their career development
• Promoting and supporting an agile mindset and way of working within the team
• Strategically and operationally optimizing and growing the department as part of our digital and brand transformations
• Planning and managing resources and budgets

We are looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

• Strong academic or professional background in business intelligence, data science, or a related field
• Experience in both disciplinary and technical management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Practical knowledge and extensive experience with BI/Data Science tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
