This acknowledgment is a result of our high-quality leads and our expertise in assisting agents to convert leads into successful sales. We are the premier real estate team in San Diego County.

    Whether you've been a licensed real estate agent for years or just recently, we are confident in our training program's ability to empower you. Our methods not only cover personal lead generation but also leveraging live tour connections from our partners to accelerate your business growth. Our system has enabled agents to close 2-3 deals within their first 90 days with us.

    Our onboarding process is thorough and unmatched. In your first four days with us, we provide intensive training to equip you with a sharp and effective skill set. Learn how to convert leads into appointments, conduct compelling consultations with buyers and sellers, and master the contractual process - all aimed at getting you productive within a week. After onboarding, you will have access to ongoing training five days a week on various topics, including role-playing, preparing for listing appointments, closing techniques, and more.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
    • Utilize our database of 40,000 leads interested in buying/selling within the next 3 months.
    • Draft residential purchase agreements and listing contracts for clients.
    • Assess property values for sellers.
    • Be easily reachable to all your clients.
    • Maintain updated CRM systems with our partners' information.
