    We are currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team


    We are on the lookout for a courteous Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and agents by delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting with various administrative tasks such as social media and marketing assistance, data entry, email correspondence, file maintenance, mail handling, and managing incoming calls. If you are a detail-oriented team player with excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, this could be the ideal position for you.



    Note:

    This is an on-site position, not a remote role.



    Compensation:

    $20 per hour


    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in creating online marketing materials, brochures, and email campaigns
    • Deliver exceptional customer service
    • Handle incoming phone calls
    • Manage mail processing
    • Update files regularly
    • Safeguard confidential documents
    • Offer administrative support as necessary

    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in basic computer applications and quick to adapt to new software
    • Possessing a CA Real Estate license or experience is advantageous but not mandatory
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
    • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
    • Professional, friendly, and composed demeanor
    • Keen on personal and professional development
