- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
- 8-10 years of TOSCA automation of Salesforce applications.
- Work experience as Salesforce QA especially on Sales Cloud and its flows.
- Create test strategy and execution for one or more feature areas, working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure that quality objectives are met.
- Design complex IT configurations to test product capabilities in simulated production-like environments.
- Perform and participate in all aspects of manual and automated test verifications. This includes feature and functional testing, load, performance, and regression testing.
- Perform root cause analysis for bugs and work with the program team to resolve them.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve processes to facilitate increased test coverage
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining test cases utilizing test automation.
- Lead a team of engineers to produce high-quality, clean, and scalable code.
- Experience working on TOSCA automation of Salesforce applications including scripting, debugging, and maintaining.
- Experience in automation framework development/enhancement.
- Experience in Test Management activities like Planning, Strategy, Story point estimation, team coordination, status reporting etc.
- Work with team members in identifying scenarios feasible for automation, preparing feature files (Gherkin) and responsible for automating.
- Experience in analyzing requirements, clarifying doubts in daily standup call with BA and preparing test scenarios.
- Customer interaction in all phases of the test life cycle
- Experience in resolving issues occurred during automation by debugging it and mentoring teammates

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
