    Description


    We are looking for Press Operators to join our team

    What the position entails:

    Press Operator are responsible for operating extrusion line equipment in a safe, efficient manner, while meeting or exceeding the customers' quality expectations. This position will be multi-tasked and responsible for all aspects of the extrusion line.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with the Brazeway Quality Plan and 5S + Safety Program
    • Understand and use process sheets and control plans
    • Follow all quality processes including, measurement of tube samples, record keeping, visual assurance of proper finish and winds
    • Maintain all SPC charts and Press Reports
    • Complete daily/weekly TPM requirements and perform routine maintenance as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong Commitment to safety and working in a team environment
    • Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Must be available to work OT as needed
    • Must be available to work any shift
