As a Supply Operations Analyst you'll be responsible for driving lean and process improvements; and aspiring for excellence must be in your DNA.

What you'll do

Promote, champion, enable, and support changes within the organization/department
Proactively manage assigned accounts/orders to ensure we meet our service commitments
Build, manage, and maintain customer relationships
Partner with internal resources and customers to resolve issues
Attend and lead collaboration calls with Customers, Sales, and Supply Chain
Work with internal and external customers to improve the customer experience with respect to order placement, delivery, quality, and policies ensuring a smooth delivery process
Drive lean methodology into daily Ways of Working resulting in service improvements and increased productivity, in partnership with Customers, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive service improvements.
Ensure compliance to our ISO and ICS Controls

Your qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, business, supply chain, or similar discipline
Strong analytical skills, experience in data manipulation and modelling, knowledge of big-data tools
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Willingness to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment; intellectual curiosity to and a desire to be flexible, adapt and constantly learn
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay Rate: Hourly Rate ($22 up to $29 based on year of study)
