Role Overview


This role will let you be a part of the product management team for one of the industry leading core administration platform in US Healthcare payer industry.


What you'll do

  • Working closely with multi functional teams within product organization to plan and deliver product releases using scrum/agile methodology.
  • Partner with the development team to lead the creation and delivery of Epics/Features for assigned product modules
  • Creating or assisting in the creation of cases and financial models to support the development of the product or services.
  • Assisting in establishing customer persona and market profiles.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products or services by conducting market analysis.
  • Providing tactical support to other internal initiatives such as sales training, collateral development, and product performance.
  • Participate in and handle client workgroups on various topics
  • Work directly with clients on sales and support activities

Required Experience:


  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development
  • Team mate and works well in large group environments
  • Highly driven and motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Scrum Alliance Advanced CSM, Advanced CSPO required

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience with Healthcare IT industry
  • Prior experience with a product organization
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or a Product Manager
  • Ability to understanding of customer needs, business goals and competitive pressures and the ability to convert those into product requirements and priorities
  • Working experience on TriZetto Facets or other core administrative platform is a plus
