RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking on partial tasks of scheduling and coordination as well as milestone and action tracking
  • Accompanying the property through the planning and restoration phase: contact with authorities, customers, etc.
  • Close cooperation with architecture and project management
  • Preparation and execution of property acquisitions
  • Preparation of presentations for municipalities, investors and potential tenants/buyers
