Your daily work:

  • As a leader, you support your team both professionally and disciplinarily, motivate and organize
  • You are responsible for personnel planning
  • You are the contact person for our rehabilitation patients in social legal counseling
  • You contribute to the psychosocial illness and crisis management of our rehabilitation patients and their families, if necessary
  • You take on partial tasks of discharge management according to SGB V for hospitals and rehabilitation clinics, e.g. planning poststationary treatments
  • You bring in your ideas, optimize our processes, and further develop our concepts

Your strengths:

  • You have a completed master's or diploma degree with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in clinical social work and social counseling
  • You have a good understanding of social law
  • You are patientoriented and empathetic also towards your team
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
  • As a cooperative leader, you are communicative and openminded
