Your Responsibilities:


  • Support and advise employees and managers on all labor law and personnel policy issues
  • Creation and analysis of HR key figures
  • Development of concepts for personnel development
  • Preparation of employment contracts, references, warnings, etc.
  • Implementation of projects on various topics (e.g. employer branding, benefits)

Your Profile:


  • Completed degree in business or equivalent education and professional experience with a focus on human resources
  • Solid knowledge of labor law is advantageous
  • Several years of professional experience as a human resources officer or similar
  • Solutionoriented approach
  • Communicative and motivating manner in dealing with colleagues
  • Willingness to travel
