    Join Hyzon Motors as an intern in Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, or Marketing for a thirteen-week period from June to August. Commit to at least 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

    As an intern, you will:

    • Develop a Capstone Project to present to managers and executives by the end of the program.
    • Collaborate closely with departmental management.
    • Introduce fresh ideas to department leaders to enhance tasks and products within Hyzon.
    • Above all, gain valuable insights and learning in your field of interest.

    In Vehicle Engineering:

    • Participate in design reviews of Hydrogen Storage System and other vehicle components.
    • Learn and assist in CATIA, PLM design solutions.
    • Process and analyze data from vehicle testing.
    • Participate in vehicle testing at MITRP.
    • Develop SW and EE solutions and ideas as requested for enhancing vehicle performance.
    • Write reports and catalog data to review wit supervisor.

    In Fuel Cell Engineering:

    • Conduct fuel cell systems testing in labs and vehicles.
    • Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting fuel cell systems.
    • Process, analyze, and report fuel cell system test data.
    • Coordinate with system development, software, and vehicle teams to ensure successful integration of fuel cell system platform development.

    In Human Resources:

    • Gain insights into day-to-day operations in the Human Resources Department.
    • Assist with the New Hire Onboarding Process, including Orientation and paperwork.
    • Learn about full cycle recruitment processes.
    • Aid in organizing company events.

    In Finance:

    • Assist with month-end close related procedures and maintain supporting documentation.
    • Analyze various financial data using Microsoft Excel and assist in preparing ad-hoc reports for management.
    • Support the accounting team with tasks related to accounts payable/receivable functions, fixed assets, inventory, and more.
    • Fulfill other duties as requested by the accounting team.

    In Marketing:

    • Create and execute strategic, engaging employee communication, including social media and events.
    • Contribute to building systems for continued content development.
    • Assist in researching, preparing reports, and fulfilling requests from the Marketing & Communication team.

    Requirements:

    • Currently enrolled in a credited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
    • Possess excellent research and writing skills.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills.
    • Have experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
