    Description
    Fast growing Italian restaurant in need of Sous Chef for scratch kitchen. We are looking for a professional with a passion for food, this is not a temporary stop in the road.

    About You:
    • A Team player who is willing to set up the team for success.
    • Dependable Chef who shows up on time and doesn't call off frequently
    • Have the ability to make daily specials and soups
    • Ability to delegate and run kitchen
    • You should be able to step on assist with making sure everything is stocked and ready for service
    • Take pride and passion in your work, doesn't take short cuts to stab a ticket. Quality over speed everyday.
    • Workweek 48-52 hours per week.
    • Willingness to prep along side Chef.

    About Us:
    • Stable 20 year restaurant with continued sales growth, we are busy 10.5 months of the year
    • Provide you a set weekly schedule, schedule rarely changes, two days off per week in a row.
