Work Schedule:

25 hours, occasional evenings/weekend, may work up to 40 hours per week during peak periods (not to exceed 10 weeks)

Job Summary:

Provides daily operational and leadership support to the New Student Welcome Room and Orientation program.


Essential Functions:


  • Provides front line support to students, staff and faculty in the New Student Welcome Room.
  • Monitors and evaluates needs of New Student Orientation (online) and collaborates with Coordinator and others to update annually. Processes and troubleshoots dynamic form requests.
  • Creates correspondence, reports, presentations, and program materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school Diploma or GED
  • One year customer service experience

Desired Qualifications:


  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • Google Suite experience
  • SIS-PeopleSoft experience

Special Working Conditions:


  • May require some evenings or weekends
  • May require travel to offcampus locations for meetings or events
  • May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen
  • Work alternating open and close shifts
  • May be required to lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
