- Work in tandem to manage all Financial Reporting and SEC process as well as Technical Accounting issues
- Review tie outs of publicly traded companies
- Heavy work on Technical Research, Contract Review and definition of Correct Accounting Treatment, write memos with analysis on a variety of topics
- Lease Accounting (ASC 842), including new leases, modifications, review of the contract review done by our Senior Analysts
- Goodwill Impairment, Long Lived Asset impairment (ASC 350 and 360), and partner with parts of the business
- Business Combinations (ASC 805)
- Optional participation in ESG/Sustainability program leadership
- BS in Accounting and CPA required
- 6+ years of experience
- Background can come straight from public accounting (having publicly traded clients) or a Public/Industry mix with a focus in Technical Accounting
- Heavy on the Technical Accounting including writing memos
- Leadership of high performing technical team, but in tandem with peer Senior Manager to guide the overall work and deliverables.
- High level of review, follow up, and communication
- Laid back team who gets along well, collaborative overall approach to how they treat each other
- Company overall is fast paced in nature
- People run at the work, but don't bring a lot of drama
- Freedom to pursue solutions with some autonomy and independence
