- Responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction within the Complete Genomics installed base.
- Responsible for the delivery - instruction/mentoring/consulting - of the customer and/or employee educational services and/or technical training in assigned business segments internally or externally.
- Translates customer's educational requirements into single seminars, customized solutions, or projects, which improve the effectiveness and intellectual capital of customers.
- Works with customers and internal organizations to develop specifications, and design and conduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees Instructs participants in classroom lectures and/or laboratory sessions.
- Determines and develops approaches to customer/employee education service assignments
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, and third parties.
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Scopes solution deliverables and calculates solution implementation effort (time and price).
- Full-time in Framingham, MA.
- 3+ years (cumulative) of extensive NGS library prep, applications, data analysis, troubleshooting and sequencer use.
- 1+ years of customer-facing training experience (hands-on and lecture).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be a supportive team member
- Comfort and strong ability to interact positively with both internal and external groups
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in genetics, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar discipline.
- This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.

The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $125,000.*
