Currently, we manage the infrastructure for approximately employees of our clients, provide IT support, and assist them in the conception and implementation of their digital projects. With our solution, we enable small and medium-sized companies to access enterprise-level technologies such as XenDesktop, automated deployment, and multi-level firewall concepts. We are on a growth path, so we are excited to welcome new colleagues to join our dedicated infrastructure team nationwide, either remotely (home office or coworking space) or in our Berlin office, on a full-time or part-time basis.

These are your tasks:

  • You administer the systems that provide our cloud service (e.g. Citrix Hypervisor, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix Cloud, Microsoft Azure) as well as Microsoft O365
  • Through your work, you ensure the smooth operation of the Hyper-V and Xenserver clusters
  • You support in troubleshooting tickets in second-level support
  • You optimize and automate our data center operations according to specifications, for example, in the context of patch
