Fujifilm Healthcare Deutschland GmbH (HCDE) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our HR team and implement a HR strategy to support the integration of our German healthcare business. This role will focus on supporting our employees, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Managing Director and Director of Medical Systems to ensure HCDE has the resources and structure to achieve its strategic objectives

Work closely with the Fujifilm Healthcare Europe (HCEU) HR Team on HR projects to support HCDE's strategic needs

Engage with Works Councils to foster proactive communication and collaboration

Partner with the HCEU HR/Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure hiring practices are in line with best practices, compliance, and budgetary guidelines, and
