- Be at least eighteen years old
- Associate degree or higher; or DCYF recognized equivalent
- 2 years+ experience in a center or school setting
- a minimum of 6 months of experience in administration or management
- Strong communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Proficient with ProCare
- Proficient with Office Machines (scanner, fax, copier, phones, postage meter, label makers)
- Familiarity with alarm and entry systems (burglar, fire, keypad entry)
- Proficient with computer operations
- Knowledge of basic software programs, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher

Job DescriptionThe front desk role is that of administrative support to ensure consistent security coverage, ratio and payroll compliance, customer support and assistance, staff support and assistance not to include classroom coverage; and closing housekeeping. The role acts as support to the Center Director and is the person in charge when the Center Director is off premises. They assist to oversee day-to-day operations of SWLC and enrollment.
