    Your duties will include:

    • Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
    • Propound and respond to extensive discovery
    • Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
    • Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
    • Calendaring
    • Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
    • Setting up Court Calls and Appearance Attorneys
    • Organize documents for filing
    • Drafting correspondence
    • Special projects as needed
    * thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases.


    TOP THREE THINGS:

    • Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
    • Propound & Respond to Discovery
    • Calendaring
