- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and affidavits.
- Conduct legal research on case-specific issues using various databases and resources.
- Organize and manage case files, including maintaining and updating documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- Assist in the discovery process by gathering, reviewing, and summarizing documents and evidence.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule interviews, depositions, and meetings.
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for court proceedings.
- Attend and support attorneys during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Assist in drafting settlement agreements and other legal documents as required.
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a litigation paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in work.
