Description
Adams & Martin Group is working with a mid-sized firm in Downtown Los Angeles in its search for a Litigation Paralegal to work within their Labor & Employment practice.
This will be an onsite role, but may consider someone on a hybrid schedule after a probationary period.
Ideal candidate will have their paralegal certificate and bachelor's degree, as well as 4+ years of experience working in litigation with a defense-side firm on labor & employment matters. Experience handling class action and PAGA cases is highly preferred.
Duties will include: document production, discovery and trial preparation. Experience attending trial highly preferred.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
5+ years of experience working within litigation on defense side
Trial experience highly preferred
