    About Us:

    W.B. Homes, Inc., one of the area's top residential homebuilders and land developers for over three decades is seeking an ambitious, detailed-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator who will support the Sales and Marketing Department.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

    • Report into the Assistant Director of Marketing
    • Assist in all phases of community marketing and strategic development from neighborhood start-up to close-out
    • Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral
    • Manage all third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate receivables
    • Assist in social media content creation and management of annual calendar
    • Coordinate collateral and required vendors for all events and sponsorships
    • Create, maintain, and publish online home listings on various platforms
    • Visit W.B. communities regularly to review and audit community presentation, including signage, flags, onsite cleanliness, sales office and model presentation.
    • Meet necessary deadlines and complete objectives within allotted timeframe
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department

    Requirements:

    • Proactive self-starter
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Detailed-oriented with a passion for protecting brand standards
    • Must enjoy working in a social and collaborative environment
    • Must be a team player and be willing to pitch in where needed
    • Technical skills in the following programs are beneficial but not required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), WordPress (website management)
    • Must be willing and able to obtain a PA Real Estate license within several months of employment
    • Professional Appearance
    • Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds
    • This position is located at our home office in North Wales, PA
