As our Transportation Project Engineer, you'll be asked to take on dynamic engineering projects.
We'll also count on you to:
Develop and grow our transportation engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
Maintain and expand client relationships with the help of branch managers and other project managers throughout the firm.
Manage multiple projects and assignments while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, communication and quality.
What it takes
Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
If you have five or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk.
You should be a licensed professional engineer or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.Ideally, you will also:
Work on projects for departments of transportation, municipalities and more.
Build client relationships.
Apply standard practices and techniques, adjust and correlate data, recognize
discrepancies in results and follow standard office procedures.
Draft reports, prepare plans and assist with specifications.
Work with clients to get data and/or share information.
