    Financial Services Company looking for a responsible part-time Administrative / Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task. Duties include assisting in daily office needs and managing the company's general administrative activities. This is an in person, on site position in Newport Beach, CA

    Responsibilities

    • Correspond with internal wholesalers
    • General office duties
    • Transcribing
    • Annuity Order Entry
    • Maintain and update filing system
    • Client / Prospect management
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Prioritize incoming mail
    • Organize and schedule appointments and seminars
    • Order investment proposals
    • Follow, update, and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
