Your Responsibilities

  • Completed training in one of the abovementioned fields or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in integration assistance
  • Experience in documentation and reporting
  • Willingness to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on the needs of the clients
  • Enjoyment in promoting selfdetermination and autonomy
  • A respectful and respectful view of people

  • Good communication skills and creativity

Your Qualifications

  • You have completed training as a special needs caregiver or educator or a similar pedagogical qualification
  • Respectful and empathetic handling of challenging situations and interest in intensive relationship work
  • A good sense of empathy for the individual needs of the clients, as well as patience and a sense of creative problemsolving
  • You stand for commitment, responsibility, empathy, and teamwork
  • You bring a lot of creativity and flexibility, have a high level of social competence and communication skills
