Role DescriptionThe Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities in their designated territory, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.
The role requires regular collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn, AL.Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the capability to motivate and guide a sales team toward success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain customer relationships.
Business acumen, knowledge of market trends, and experience with commercial trucks, trailers, or related industries is a plus.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office suite is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Ability to travel within the region as needed to meet with clients and teams.
