Support and assistance with all information and telecommunications solutions
Development and implementation of customized IT system solutions
Consulting, instruction, and training of users on existing systems
Procurement of necessary hardware and software
Installation and commissioning of IT systems
Support in the implementation and introduction of a helpdesk system
Maintenance and upkeep of existing IT infrastructure

What do we expect from you?

Completed training or degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
Basic IT expertise or affinity for IT topics
Teamwork, communication skills, and service orientation
Solution-oriented work style and willingness to take responsibility
Experience with MS Office and good knowledge of German
Driver's license class B
