We are a young and dynamic company specializing in museum lighting and we are looking for a passionate and experienced product manager to successfully develop and manage our products. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and marketing of our products to drive the success and growth of our company in the museum sector.

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement a product strategy for museum lighting solutions in close collaboration with sales and management
Identify market opportunities and trends in the field of museum lighting through market analysis and customer feedback
Define product requirements and specifications based on customer needs and market potential
Monitor the product lifecycle, including product design, development, launch, and optimization
Work closely with the development team to implement new products and continuously improve existing products
Create sales materials, training materials, and presentations for the sales team
Support sales in customer consultations and technical inquiries

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering, lighting technology, product design, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally in the museum lighting or a related industry
Strong technical understanding of lighting technologies and systems, particularly in the museum sector
Knowledge of conservation requirements and lighting standards for the protection of artworks
