    Begeistere unsere Kunden: Kundenzufriedenheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle
    Technische Verantwortung für einen definierten Kundenstamm
    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Verantwortlichen, oder IT-Abteilung des Kunden
    Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und schlägst Upgrades oder zusätzliche Funktionen vor
    Evaluiert neue Lösungen, um die Kunden Effizienz zu steigern
    Technische Unterstützung für Kunden zur Unterstützung von Pre-Sales- und Post-Sales
    Prozessen
    Du bist für die Sicherstellung vom IT-Betrieb unserer Kundschaft verantwortlich
    2nd-Level-Support und Zusammenarbeit, 1st-Level-Support beim Lösen von Störungen
    Selbständige Implementierung von Changes, oder in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering
    Regelmässige Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten auf den Kundensystemen
    Entgegennahme von Kundenanfragen und Koordination mit Lieferanten und internen Stellen
    Weiterentwicklung und laufende Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur (Kundensysteme)
    Pflege der notwendigen Dokumentation
    Du hast eine Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung aus der Informatik (z.B. Informatiker, Systemtechniker, ICT-Supporter, ICT-Techniker, Plattformentwickler o.ä.) und verfügst über erste Berufserfahrungen in diesem Bereich (von Vorteil bei einem Service-Provider)
    Kenntnisse im IT-Infrastruktur-Bereich und in den damit verbundenen Services
    Du kennst dich rund um das Thema Cloud (z.B. Microsoft 365, MS-Teams und Microsoft Azure) sehr gut aus
    Du handelst kundenorientiert, arbeitest sehr selbstständig und strukturiert, bist aber dennoch ein Teamplayer
    Stilsichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
    Führerausweis B
